We’re not quite sure where this chap is from but man, good deed of the day, eh? The seal wasn’t really psyched on the whole situation when the man pinned him to the sand. But the animal probably felt a whole lot better after that plastic circle was pulled off its neck. Listen to it growl at the guy (who’s breathing pretty damn hard himself) as it tries to wiggle free. Oh, the sweet relief when it headed back out to sea, though.
