This Is Rare Drone Footage of Seals Actually Playing With Great White Sharks

Malibu, California’s Carlos Gauna has found quite a niche for himself. Going by the handle Malibu Artist on social media, he’s become an expert in drone footage. And he’s captured some intriguing stuff. He narrates this piece in Nat Geo style, where he finds seals actually playing, or toying, with young great white sharks off the California coast. Granted, these young predators probably haven’t learned how to hunt these mammals, as Carlos states, or the seals are simply still bigger than these juvenile sharks. Still, it’s interesting to see this predator-prey relationship in a way we don’t often see.
