Watch This Whale Knock a Paddler Off His Board

Valentin Villalba and his friend Diego Schulz were paddling off the Argentine coastline when they experienced a pretty wild scene. A group of at least 12 whales surrounded them for an hour, allowing the two paddleboarders to get close enough to touch them. Unfortunately, Valentin may have been a little too close for comfort, as one of the whale tails smacked his board, knocking him into the water. “Tremendous experience with my friend and adventure partner Diego Schulz,” Valentin wrote about the experience. “The magic of nature on the best beach in Argentina.”
