When the Photo-Taking Bug Bites a Little Stronger than the Surf Bug

The surf bug is usually a little stronger and fresher for me than the photo bug. Even then, there are so many times when the beauty of it all is too much to miss taking a photograph. The sunsets, the moonlit sessions, big sprays, occasional rainbows. And of course, when the swells are a little bigger than I can enjoy without feeling like I’m just paddling for survival, it’s time to grab the camera.
