One of the craziest things about surf-strength is how quickly it disappears. Even if you surf every day for two months, if you skip a week or two, you’ll notice a big dip in your paddling power. Whether you’re getting back in the water after some time off, or you’re just looking to increase paddle power, this workout will get your upper body in prime paddling condition. It doesn’t require any equipment: all you need is a little space and a quick warm-up and cool-down. Caution, this workout is very challenging, you if you need to, feel free to take breaks. The most important thing is that you perform the exercises with proper form to prevent injuries. After all, the goal is to get you in the water moving faster, not stuck on the beach with a strained muscle!
