If you can motivate yourself to get out of bed, a little sunrise yoga is definitely a top notch way to start your day.

Sunday afternoons are perfectly lazy. There really is no bad way to spend a Sunday: be it at the beach, on the couch, or in town, everything just has a slower pace than the other days of the week. If you’re looking for a calming, mellow way to get your body moving, this yoga routine is absolutely perfect. It builds strength and balance, and it runs almost a full 50 minutes. That gives you plenty of time to ease into your practice, and come out of it feeling like a million bucks. Give it a try, and as always, please use caution when attempting this routine.
