Alex Honnold Gives Jay Leno a Tour of His Van

If you remember from the movie, Free Solo, Alex Honnold gets into his life living in his van. And while Alex no longer lives full time in his climbing dream machine, he probably still keeps it around for the odd roadie. Alex’s van is awesome, no doubt, but it isn’t a top-of-the-line version that costs close to $200,000. No, it’s more of a humble ride, worth somewhere around $30,000. While Alex could probably afford a souped-up version these days, he doesn’t care. As you can see when he gives Jay Leno a tour, this van suits him fine. Jay is an automobile aficionado. But something tells us, he couldn’t quite cut the van life.
