Julia Mancuso has earned the right to take her mom heli-skiing. With a packed schedule, the 2006 gold medalist who has the most Olympic medals of any American female racer ever with four, doesn’t get to spend much time with her mom. But Mancuso, who grew up skiing Squaw Valley, probably more than made up for it with this trip to Canada. “My mom was always there to encourage me and inspire me to be the best that I could be,” she said.
