Eddy Willis is a dedicated kayak fisherman who’s probably seen a lot of fish in his day. But this outing in Half Moon Bay, Calif., had to rank right up there with his all-time moments, as a humpback whale breaches right next to his kayak. You can see the backwash actually throw him off balance. Willis calls it, “Moby Dick Meets Edub.” But in that little kayak, with a sail fish or a big tuna on, he’s probably had his fair share of “sleigh rides,” or “Old Man and the Sea,” moments.
