Nimbus Films’ Tribute to Snow Cameramen Shows a Struggle We’d All Take

If this is work, most of us would take it. At least what we see of it here. But that’s just the glory of powder shots. What we’re missing is the stuggle to keep water out of cameras and lenses free of fog. Or panels of snow clear of tracks so athletes can shred them to make beautiful shots. Or the skinning uphill with 125 pounds of camera gear on the back. It ain’t all sunsets and blower snow. It’s a wole lot of sweat and tears before you get to the editing bay. But…and this is a huge but…it’s a whole lot better than a cubicle. This is Nimbus Independent’s quick tribute to the people behind the lens.
