One thing we can all relate to is powder. And riding it. It’s just that Eric Pollard, Michelle Parker, Karl Fostvedt and Vincent Gagnier make it look better than most of us. We can all aspire because we understand powder. So no matter how we cut it, freeride backcountry powder still defines skiing, and snowboarding for that matter. Of course these guys rip in the park, too. But the powder is what we all grab on to, right?
Powder is Still The Definition of Freeskiing Performance
Because nothing else matters.
