You just can’t make this s*** up. Even when it’s actual s***. A woman has been terrorizing a Colorado Springs, Colorado neighborhood with a certain fetish that has residents absolutely disgusted. The lady apparently runs through the hood, drops trow, and proceeds to drop a ‘hot carl’ on a nearby lawn. And she won’t stop. So local neighborhood watch–even though they hate actually watching–has taken over and is trying to stop the woman dubbed the “Mad Pooper.”
