In an interview set to run Monday on NBC’s Today Show, Bode Miller and his wife, Morgan Beck Miller, sat down to speak about the death of their daughter this summer after she drowned in a Southern California swimming pool. Beck Miller speaks to the dangers that come with being at other people’s homes, perhaps in unfamiliar surroundings, and how accidents like this can happen so fast. Both parents are encouraging other parents to be aware of the dangers with pools and young children. Miller won six Olympic medals in alpine ski racing including a gold in 2010 in Vancouver.
