Ouch! That can’t feel good. It’s hard to figure out exactly what’s going on here as the climber takes a quick step back as if she’s going to rappel but is then whipped back dramatically on the rope. The quick vid was posted by the Facebook page, Zion Climbing and shows exactly what it feels like to take a fall while climbing, even while on belay. Scaling rock walls is fun, but even if you have safety set up, it still doesn’t feel good to plummet towards the earth. And the caption is classic: “What better way to start the week than doing some yoga for climbers? This pose is called, ‘say hello to the physio.'”
