This fine piece of innovation showed up on the Shredbots YouTube page last week (a highly recommended follow, btw), showing an impressive new technology in the world of snowboarding: spring-loaded bindings. Now, what would spring-loaded bindings do for a snowboarder? Well, for one, by the looks of it, they make any board a lot harder to ride. But there could be some hidden benefits we’re missing as the technology develops. We shall see.
