This Dam Bursting in Laos is a Preview of What Could Have Happened in California This Spring

This is footage taken from the Thathom district, Xaysomboun Province of Laos when a dam that was being worked on burst, sending floodwaters spewing everywhere and workers sprinting for their lives. The waters have flooded areas downstream but according to reports, there haven’t been any deaths or missing people thus far. The dam was nearly finished when it blew and officials are investigating the accident.
