As we reported yesterday, Oregon’s Timberline and Mt. Bachelor (two classic spring riding locales) could re-open later this month. But as of now, or then, Mt. Baldy was the only open resort in North America. And it was a fine season, one the staff at this tiny ski hill in Southern California’s San Gabriel’s didn’t want to lose entirely. So they re-opened by reservation only (which is kinda their standard anyway), and finished off what was a banner snow year. Casey Willax documented the final days on his vlog.
