No one’s going to ever question Victor de Le Rue’s credentials to notch first descents anywhere on the planet. The man is completely qualified. He’s a Freeride World Tour champion, his family, including brother Xavier were raised in the mountains. Black Diamond recently released this flick of Victor sending a first D on the “north face of the #Taillon” in the Pyrenees. Let’s just say, the face has quite the pitch. This was last May, right after the lockdown ended in France.
