Coloradoans are celebrating the fact that they’re getting snow after a dismal winter last year. And LaConte–an accomplished snowboarding journalist–gave readers a first-hand look at some dry, light powder. Boom!
Colorado has seen so much of the white stuff lately that a number of resorts are opening early including Vail and Beaver Creek. Monarch Mountain is about to enjoy its earliest opening date in 20 years. This could be the season to book a ticket to Colorado.
