It’s all so weird, isn’t it? Prescription drugs, and the saturation of adverting we get on television for those drugs, where miracle cures are pushed upon us, followed by the terrifying list of side-effects rambled off rapidly by a narrator: “if you experience vomiting, skin rash, blood in urine, severe headaches, or temporary blindness please discontinue using this product and see a doctor.” Blood in urine? May as well just take your chances not taking the pill. And that’s before you even get to the prescription pain pill epedemic. So Matchstick Productions used a crash reel from its new film, Drop Everything, to shred the pill industry (and have a little fun with some sends gone sour). More of this, please.
