Well, despite the warnings, many people are sticking around parts of the East Coast and North and South Carolina where the brunt of Hurricane Florence is expected to hit at any moment. Forecasters are expecting winds in the 80 mile-per-hour range by late Thursday. We’re thinking about those on the Eastern Seaboard.
