I call Huntington Beach, California home. This region of the California Coast has some great waves at times if you know where to look. My favorite time to shoot is fall—especially when the Santa Ana (Devil Winds) winds come to town. I’m also an avid backpacker and enjoy packing my waterhousing into the remote Eastern Sierra backcountry looking for that unique shot.
