On November 3oth, San Francisco’s beloved Ocean Beach turned on. The waves were huge, the wind was offshore, and all the locals showed up to play. Somewhere within the 22-some-odd minutes are Damo Hobgood and Twiggy Baker… but the locals are the ones that stole the show. That and the guy behind the camera, of course.
