Billy Kemper is no slouch when it comes to surfing very, very big waves. Hell, he’s a standout at Jaws, and that is a place that has a LOT of standouts. But one doesn’t get to be in a place like that without taking his fair share of horrendous beatings, and with those beatings comes a certain sense of how to deal with them. Take the video above, for example. After successfully navigating a very difficult wave during the Puerto event, he’s blasted out and decides that he’s going to have a quick bodysurf. Of course, it could have gone horribly wrong… but it didn’t.
