There are a lot of things one can do at a beach if the waves suck. Sand castles. Bocce. Running in slow motion through knee-deep water like in Chariots of Fire. None of those, however, are nearly as fun as winching on a snowboard, especially if there’s a little sand berm to hit. Which is why Jordan Small, Chance Gual, and Blair Conklin decided to pull out the Motowinch and go snowboarding on the world’s wettest pow day.
