It’s widely understood that Los Angeles has a rich skate culture. However, many would argue—with the exception of Malibu and a few other spots—it’s not the best place in California to surf. Contrary to popular belief, Los Angeles does fire—maybe just a little less frequently than our neighbors to the north and south. Here are a few of my favorite images taken over the past several months that seek to capture the vibrant surf/skate culture that is alive and well here in LA.
