Pardon the creepy music and the “haunting” title of this video from the Rogue Droner on YouTube. But the footage taken at Tuncurry Beach in New South Wales is a perfect illustration of just how difficult it is for surfers to spot great white sharks while in the water. The great white in the video seems to be trolling the beach, most likely looking for food like rays and different fish. Meanwhile the surfers unwittingly paddle nearby, not knowing what’s swimming just meters away due to reflection of the sun off the water, angle, and other factors.
