On July 14, a whole bunch of people paddled out at T-Street. They didn’t have fins, which definitely make surfing quite a bit easier. They also make it quite a bit less… slippery, but that’s fun too. Just fun in a different kind of way. The whole thing was part of Catch Surf’s Finless Fridayz, which apparently happens every Friday of the summer, starting at 11 am. Don’t show up unless you’re ready to surf with a whole bunch of happy, fun-having folks that may or may not run you over. Which might be your bag, but it also very much might not be your bag.
