In addition to other photographers and those around me, I am super inspired by massive waves. I spent the majority of this past winter chasing big swells around Oahu and the neighboring island of Maui—namely at Jaws. Moving forward, I now wish to travel around the globe, chasing the world’s biggest swells and capturing surfers in Mother Nature’s raw power. Here’s a small selection taken from last winter’s monstrous big-wave season around Hawaii.
