Hash Tags and Seagulls is a creation from the minds of Carmen Vicari and Russ Roe. Vicari’s stylish, high-contrast camera and editing work alongside the unique art direction and frantic animation of Roe creates a hypnotic vision of exuberance and creativity in surfing.
