The best way to get better at surfing is simple: surf a lot. That said, though, there’s a lot to be said for muscle memory. Malcolm Gladwell said it takes 10,000 hours to master something, and in the case of surfing, that’s probably true, although 10,000 hours of actual surfing–like, really surfing, not just paddling around–would probably take a lifetime. So what can one do to help increase the odds of not sucking? ONDAZero made a thing that might help.
