This is a look into the San Diego surf scene from a student’s perspective. “No Cords” references the anti-leash culture that exists in San Diego waters. This provides a starting point to explore the college lifestyle while dealing with localism through a series of skits combined with surfing. And it wouldn’t be college without studying abroad, so there is a section from New Zealand.
