Hurricane Harvey is currently hammering Texas. It made landfall as a Category 4 storm at around 11 p.m. ET Friday, between Port Aransas and Port O’Connor, and it was devastating. Still to come, however, is the flooding, which officials expect to cause the brunt of the damage. At least one man, however, decided that surfing during Hurricane Harvey would be a good idea, and he decided to do it in a suit.
