The North Shore in December is a funny place. On any given day, you may find yourself sharing the lineup with some of the world’s best surfers. Think of it like this: let’s say, for Bobby Martinez’s sake, that you play tennis. You go to smack a couple of balls around, when all of a sudden Pete Sampras serves you up a 150 mph serve. There’s nothing to do but watch, because that shit is impressive. Same goes for Rocky Point: get wave, paddle back out. Look into barrel, see (insert favorite surfer here).
