Jamie O’Brien has a pretty good handle on where to go in Mexico when a swell of a certain direction shows up. It might be in the middle of nowhere, but he’s got the place dialed. That’s what happens when you spend much of your life on the hunt for waves. And when you’ve got the resources to drag a few Jet Skis into the water and the skills to step off them into very sizable beach break barrels… well, you’ve pretty much got it made in the shade. The shade, of course, comes from the lip over your head, and that’s the best kind of shade to have it made in.
