Jamie O’Brien Surfs Some Very Good Waimea River

Jamie O’Brien surfs a lot of different waves. Big, small, and everything in between; if it’s a moving lump of water, Jamie’s on it. You know the mountain term, “earn your turns?” Well, this is the surfing equivalent. In order to make the Waimea River wave work, one must dig. And dig. And dig and dig and dig.
