John John Florence Takes On Caves, Ericeira

Here’s a video I shot of John John Florence getting big barrels at an extreme spot in Ericeira, Portugal. The footage is from two days ago at a wave called “Cave,” which means the “basement.” The bottom is so shallow here, that you can see it in the footage when some of the waves break. John John was a little nervous, but it didn’t show in his surfing.
