One of surfing’s brightest young stars, Japanese-American sensation Kanoa Igarashi is taking surfing by storm. Now living in Huntington Beach, California, with an impressive amount of contest wins under his belt already, he is single-minded about being world champ. He started surfing at three years old, won his first event at seven and has been kicking ass and taking names on a regular basis since. World champ doesn’t sound like too far fetched a goal, wouldn’t you agree?
