So when he mixed them together recently at the Surf Ranch, it’s fairly obvious that he’s having a hell of a time. But what’s even more obvious is that Kalani is having even more fun. “Zoom in on her face as the wave starts throwing,” Slater wrote on Instagram. “First view behind the lip!”
Kalani echoed those sentiments. “This is by far the best day date @kellyslater has ever taken me on!!!!” she wrote. “This was the first time I have been this deep in the tube behind the lip and I couldn’t wipe the smile off my face! Surf Ranch is a magical place ✨✨✨✨✨ I wish that this clip has audio because I was actually screaming the entire time.”
