The problem with insanely good waves is that everyone wants to surf them. And when you’re living in a country chock-full of surfers… well, you’re going to have to deal with a whole lot of surfers. Such was the case during a recent run of swell at Kirra, when the waves were as good as the crowd was crowded.
“A solid swell hit the Gold Coast late last week,” wrote Raw Surfing on YouTube, “and Kirra was the break of choice with everyone trying to get the barrel of a lifetime.”
