Wedge season is upon us, and it has started off with a bang. The Wedge, Newport’s weirdest wave, opened up back at the end of April, and there’ve been a handful of swells that lit the place up. None, though, were quite as bonkers as May 18th. It was part of the same swell that produced this day, but the volume was turned up a few more notches.
