I arrived at sunrise for the peak of this swell and quickly discovered that it was not all hype. I filmed this from a mile away with my Cannon 20-800mm lens. The morning haze along with the spray from these waves made it more difficult. The surf was biggest early, delivering some double-overhead sets. It was fun to watch!
