August 1996 - On a visit to the famed Zicatela beachbreak in Oaxaca, Mexico we endured 10 days of relative flatness. Then one morning we awoke to find a fresh 8-10 foot swell detonating on the sandbars, and Puerto Rican charger Carlos Cabrero knew just what to do with all that auqatic energy.
