Moroccan Rapture: Hunting for Fish and Waves in Taghazout

This is a short portrait of a small fishing village in Morocco named Taghazout, where fishermen and surfers live alongside each other. I went on a surf trip to Morocco in February, where I met up with my Canadian friend Aaron Hitchins. We spent two weeks surfing and documenting, pooled footage in the end, and this is what we came up with. The two fishermen, Ahmed and Abdullah, showed us their love for the ocean, and we showed them our love for the ocean. What a place, what a people!
