Nicholas Maimone is a San Francisco shaper who shapes heavily glassed, traditional single fin longboards and hulls. He approached me about making a video with some talented young surfers who live in San Francisco, so we headed out a couple times over a week period when the waves came together. The surfers included: Hallie Rohr, Kyle Kennelly, Schuyler Beecroft, and Sean Howe. I filmed the video from land with a Canon cinema camera, Jared Luebbert shot using a 7D from the water, and I edited it. It was a super fun project. Enjoy!
