Pipe Proven: Evan Geiselman

My favorite part about making this clip was surfing and playing golf. I’ve never really done a trip like that, so getting to play a little golf was great. It was a blast. I would surf all day, eat awesome food, and get to swing a club when the waves weren’t doing it. One of my favorite moments was when I had just finished playing a round with Kelly. As we were returning the cart, Bill Murray walked by. Kelly already knew Bill, so he introduced me. My favorite movie is Caddyshack, so that was pretty incredible. Another great part about that trip was the Black Friday swell – it was amazing to not only to surf, but to see. It was the first real Pipeline swell, so it was really crowded and super hard to catch a wave, but it was great to be out there and get some tubes.
