A crisp winter's afternoon at home on the Sunshine Coast, It's pretty rare to get all day offshores around these parts, so it's pretty awesome when they come around. Photo: Jack Dekort

Chris Cole and Jasper Endersby showed me this spot in Bali a few years back when it was still relatively uncrowded, now it is built out and everyman and his dog is on it. It's crazy how fast Bali changes. Photo: Jack Dekort

One of the Sunshine Coast's most reliable beach breaks. With a good East swell it breaks a lot like South Straddie. Photo: Jack Dekort

This was shot in the Mentawai Islands right after our mate Joe Gaglione went head first into the reef, scalping himself. He ended up being rushed to a Singapore hospital to get 161 stiches. His selfless act left us with this empty line up all day! Photo: Jack Dekort
Jack grew up developing his passion for photography on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland. This part of Australia is home to all kinds of surf cultures, which Jack enjoys most. Working with the vast difference of characters the Sunshine Coast has to offer is a huge inspiration and driving force for Jack’s love of photography and the ocean. His work has taken him all over the world chasing new experiences and the mystery of what he’ll be pointing his lens at tomorrow.
