I found this footage so freaking captivating. One, because it shows just how good of a wave Snapper is. But two, how absolutely terrifying it must be to try to weave through that mass of humanity. The POV footage was taken from a bodyboarder’s perspective and posted to the YouTube page of one Dane Beales. You can see him weaving in and out of other surfers, and at one point, some dude nearly takes his head off with the drop in. But a catastrophe is averted, thankfully. This angle is something else, though.
