Red Bull Cape Fear is already making noise, with the stoke and sheer terror of a relatively unknown Ours sending heavy ripples of excitement through the big-wave watching crowd. Making up part of the lineup that promises to deliver one hell of a show, meet the outsiders who are going in blind, having never surfed the beastly break before (aside from Makua, who has gone once).
