Scott “Whip” Dennis isn’t exactly a household name in surfing. But he’s one of those guys that shows up, blows up, and shuts up, which we like. The tumble he takes here is definitely in the blow up category, but we’re willing to bet Dennis won’t stop showing up – and no one else will either, because they ain’t saying where this is.
